Staff members were always smiling and ready to help. The hotel kept everything clean. I especially liked how quickly they checked me in. It was super fast!!!

I was a bit let down by the lack of variety in the food, it felt quite repetitive. also, the bathroom could use better drainage. Water pooled after every shower (i found this pretty annoying). the room i booked online showed an indoor jacuzzi. instead, i had an outdoor one.

Great stay in El Gouna

I stayed in a lagoon bungalow for a week. The room was clean and well-stocked. The cleaning team did a really great job. I liked the restaurant menu (the food was amazing) and the friendly restaurant staff. The lagoon was nice for swimming.
I noticed some slight wear and tear in parts of the resort that could use a little updating.

The lagoon bungalow includes a spacious layout with comfortable beds and a well kept bathroom. There is a balcony overlooking the lagoon. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool and comfortable (just what I needed).

The main restaurant offered a good variety of buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I appreciated the availability of snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff at the Egyptian restaurant was amazing (especially Mahmoud!).

The resort has several swimming pools, including a jacuzzi style paddling pool. There is also a lagoon with direct access from some bungalows. A boat shuttles guests to Zeytouna Island beach every hour. The island has a bar with drinks and food.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. Yassmina at the reception was cute and helpful with all enquiries. The housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were clean and well-stocked daily. The house keeper Saleem was very attentive.
